Hechuan Wenfeng Street

Hechuan Wenfeng Street is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Wenfeng Ancient Street is situated along the riverside between Fuling First Bridge and Jialing River Nanping Bridge, connected by a bridge to the northern commercial center of Hechuan and linked by another bridge to the national scenic spot — Fishing City. It lies against the southern new city area, formed by the Hechuan administrative district and high-end residential communities in the southern part of the city. The street covers a total land area of about 500 acres, with a total construction area of approximately 250,000 square meters and a total green space ratio of 33.7%, including 50,000 square meters of traditional-style commercial blocks. The area is divided into “one street, one park, and two zones.”

One Street: A traditional-style commercial street, stretching about 1,000 meters from Fuling First Bridge in the west to Yancang in the east. Modeled after Chongqing’s iconic Hongyadong, it creates a Bashu-style cultural and commercial block in Hechuan that integrates tourism, dining, leisure, culture, and entertainment.

One Park: Namely the Riverside Eco-Cultural Park, covering approximately 150 acres. Making full use of its original gully terrain, the park develops river and lake water systems to create a beautiful ecological wetland. The park's landscaping is organically integrated into the urban environment, enhancing the area’s greenery level and landscape uniformity. The Riverside Eco-Cultural Park not only elevates the image of the project but also serves as the “green lung” of southern Hechuan. This ecological oasis carries the weight of time, the changes of history, and the profound cultural heritage that make it another landmark of Hechuan, elevating the spatial taste of the entire city.

Two Zones: Two residential areas. The eastern side features townhouses, multi-story garden villas, low-rise and mid-rise residential buildings, and high-end residential communities. The western side includes multi-story residences, low-rise and mid-rise buildings, as well as mid- to high-end residential communities. Leveraging the appeal of the scenic commercial street and the Riverside Eco-Cultural Park, the area develops tourism-oriented commercial real estate, effectively driving property development and realizing the commercial and cultural value of the residential zones.
