The Hézhōu Ancient City Wall is a Chongqing Municipal Cultural Heritage Protection Unit.

The Hézhōu Ancient City Wall is located in Diàoyúchéng Subdistrict, Héchuān District, and dates back to the Ming Dynasty. It includes the Ruìshān Middle School section, Ruìyìng Gate section, and Jiābīn Road section.

In 2019, the Hézhōu Ancient City Wall was designated as part of the third batch of Chongqing Municipal Cultural Heritage Protection Units by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government.

Diàoyúchéng Subdistrict: Located in the northeastern part of Héchuān urban area, Chongqing, Diàoyúchéng Subdistrict governs 10 administrative villages, 100 villager groups, 3 community residents' committees, and 23 resident groups, with a population of 49,767. It covers an area of 61.7 square kilometers. Adjacent to the main urban area, Diàoyúchéng borders Cǎojiē Town to the east, and is traversed by the Wǔhé Expressway, Héxiāo Highway, and Chuāndōng Highway, serving as an economic corridor connecting Héchuān’s northeastern towns and neighboring counties. It is also a key hub for commerce and tourism in Héchuān.
