Qixianling Hot Springs

The hot spring water can reach a maximum temperature of 95°C. There are currently seven natural springs, with a daily output of over 7,000 tons. The water contains a variety of trace elements and is classified as sodium bicarbonate-silicate type, with a daily output of more than 3,800 L. It is the largest and hottest discovered hot spring in Hainan Island in terms of water yield and temperature, offering benefits such as skin cleansing, beautification, and medical wellness. Several hot spring resorts have been built here for visitors to enjoy leisure and vacation activities, including mineral spring therapy and rehabilitation, experiencing ethnic culture, and hiking for sightseeing.

Public Transport

1) Take a minibus from Sanya Bus Terminal to Baoting Bus Station for 16 RMB (Operating hours: 8:00–17:30 daily, every 30 minutes, about a 2-hour ride);

In Haikou, take an express bus to Baoting from the West Bus Station for 59 RMB (Operating hours: 09:00–17:30 daily, every 2 hours, about a 3-hour ride);

Alternatively, you can take air-conditioned or regular buses, priced at 51 RMB and 40 RMB per person respectively.

2) Upon arriving at Baoting Bus Station, take the dedicated shuttle bus to Qixianling Hot Springs Resort Area for 2 RMB. You can also transfer to a local tricycle taxi (fengcai che) or motorcycle taxi (mo di) for a one-way fare of 5 RMB.
