Baoting Library was built in March 2009 with investment from the county government. It has a total floor area of 4,871.37 square meters, a three-story main building, approximately 152,000 printed books, 186,000 electronic books, and 323 reading seats. It is a modern library integrating book information, online reading, cultural features, academic lectures, knowledge training, mobile book services, and leisure activities.
