The Coastal Beacon Towers are located in Lincheng Town, Lingao County, dating back to the Ming Dynasty. They are designated as cultural heritage sites protected by Hainan Province.

Protected area: the boundary is defined by the edge of the structures themselves, extending 50 meters eastward, 50 meters southward, 50 meters westward, and 50 meters northward.

Lincheng Town: Lincheng Town is the county seat of Lingao County, situated in the central part of the county along the middle and lower reaches of the Wenlan River. It borders the Beibu Gulf to the east, Jialai Farm to the west, Bohou Town to the north, and Bolian Town to the south, serving as the political, economic, and cultural center of Lingao County.

The town covers an area of 164.4 square kilometers with a coastline of 10 kilometers. It features diverse land resources including coastal, plain, and small hilly terrain, with arable land totaling 74,177 mu.
