Xinying Town is situated in the northwest of Hainan Province, in the western part of Lingao County, on the shores of the Qiongzhou Strait, within the HouShui Bay, adjacent to the Beibu Gulf, and facing Vietnam across the sea to the west. The town covers a land area of 34 square kilometers, including a 7-kilometer coastline, 3,500 acres of beach flatland, and five harbors. The region is rich in natural resources, enjoys a pleasant climate, and benefits from convenient land and water transportation, making it a relatively prosperous and affluent coastal town.
