The Jialongping Tropical Monsoon Rainforest Tourist Zone is located in the southwestern part of Chengmai County, Hainan Province, covering a total area of 32,800 mu. This protected area borders Tuncheng County to the east, faces Lingao County and Danzhou City to the west, neighbors Qiongzhong County to the south, and is 50 kilometers away from the county seat, Jinjiang Town.

This area is a pristine tropical rainforest, featuring rare tree species such as Rouge, Hopea hainanensis, Prunus cerasoides, thick-skinned Garcinia, and durian, as well as rare wildlife including sambar deer, monkeys, vine foxes, pangolins, pythons, junglefowl, mountain pigeons, and Cuora trifasciata turtles. The area is densely forested, with mountain waterfalls, forest streams, peculiar peaks and rocks, mountaintop ponds, along with birdsong, animal movements, and blooming flowers, creating a perfect ecological scene. This place was also the original site of Mehe, the revolutionary base of the Qiongya Column during that era.

The Jialongping Tropical Monsoon Rainforest Tourist Zone not only holds outstanding eco-tourism value and revolutionary historical educational significance but is also an ideal destination for leisure and vacation.

Renxing Town: Renxing Town is a veteran revolutionary base area, home to one Miao ethnic village. It is located in the northwest of Hainan Island and the southwest of Chengmai County, covering a total area of 33 square kilometers. It is 99 kilometers from Haikou and 40 kilometers from the county government seat, Jinjiang Town, with all roads being high-standard hardened surfaces.
