Located in the Yingbin Tourist Development Zone of Laocheng Town, Chengmai, Hainan Province, it borders the highway to the east and the sea to the west, just 20 kilometers from Haikou, making it very convenient to reach. The grand entrance gate of the park resembles the arch structures of ancient Rome and also echoes the design of France’s Arc de Triomphe. The decor is meticulously designed to stand out. In the park, there are also totem poles—several pillars adorned with many indecipherable patterns, but they make for great photo spots. Main facilities include: the crocodile breeding and exhibition area; animal performance area; Thai cultural garden; ladyboy performance venue; and a comprehensive club. Additionally, there are attractions such as Hainan’s largest artificial waterfall, horticultural peacock sculptures, and a deer park. The park also features performances with distinctive exotic flavors.

Transportation Tips

Location: Situated in the Yingbin Tourist Development Zone of Laocheng Town, Chengmai County, just 20 kilometers from Haikou. Transportation Guide: Take a local taxi from Haikou to the destination. Driving Directions: Starting from Haixiu Road in Haikou, head to Xiuying District then transfer to the West Expressway, or get on the expressway directly from Industrial Avenue. Drive for about 30 minutes to reach the first stop on the West Line — “Laocheng,” which is the county seat of Chengmai. Drive about one more kilometer, and you’ll see the Nantai Crocodile Lake sign on the right side of the expressway. Turn right and drive 700 meters to see the tall steps of the Nantai Crocodile Lake entrance gate on the left.
