The Chengmai Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument is a classic red tourism attraction.

Chengmai Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument

The monument is situated at No. 15 Wenhua South Road, Jinjiang Town, Chengmai County (now within the compound of the County Federation of Trade Unions). Built in 1960, it occupies a site area of 388 square meters and has a building area of 149 square meters. The monument faces west, stands 8.6 meters tall, with a base 3.23 meters wide and a pedestal 3 meters high. The foundation platform is 0.3 meters high and is surrounded by a low railing wall. It is constructed from square brick, stone, and cement. The front of the monument features a bas-relief of eight large characters: “Revolutionary Martyrs Live Forever.”

Constructed by the People’s Government of Chengmai County to commemorate the revolutionary martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the revolutionary cause of Chengmai in various struggles throughout history, it serves as a patriotic education base for the county. There is no inscription on the monument.
