Protected area: the boundary is defined by the outer edge of the structure itself, extending 32 meters eastward, 21 meters southward, 23 meters westward, and 2 meters northward.

Laicheng Town: Laicheng Town is situated in the northern part of Chengmai County, adjacent to the provincial capital Haikou. It covers a total land area of 259.99 square kilometers, with 18 village (residential) committees, 76 natural villages, and a total population of 62,556. The town has a total arable land area of 35,654 mu. It is home to the largest and earliest-developed Laicheng Development Zone in the province. To the east lies the Yuehai Railway Logistics Center, to the west the national Class I port cluster of Macun Port, to the north the tourist resort areas of Yingbin Resort and Bianwan Bathing Beach, and to the south the Meiting Fruit and Vegetable Wholesale Market of the county. Both the West Ring Expressway and the Yuehai Railway run through the town.
