The Temple of Lord Feng is located in Laicheng Town, Chengmai County, dating back to the Ming Dynasty. It is a cultural heritage site protected by Hainan Province.

Protected area: The boundary is defined by the edge of the structure itself, extending 6 meters eastward, 4 meters southward, 17 meters westward, and 1 meter northward.

Laicheng Town: Located in the northern part of Chengmai County and adjacent to the provincial capital Haikou, Laicheng Town covers a total land area of 259.99 square kilometers. It has 18 village (residential) committees, 76 natural villages, and a total population of 62,556. The total cultivated land area is 35,654 mu. The town hosts the largest and earliest-developed economic development zone in the province, the Old City Development Zone. To the east lies the Yuehai Railway Logistics Center; to the west are the national first-class port cluster of Macun Port; to the north are the tourist resorts of Yingbin Holiday Village and Bianwan Beach; to the south is the Meiting Fruit and Vegetable Wholesale Market of the county. Both the Western Ring Expressway and the Yuehai Railway run through the area.
