Dafeng Old Street is located in Dafeng Town, Chengmai County, dating back to the Qing Dynasty. It is a cultural heritage site protected by Hainan Province.

Protected area: The boundary is defined by the edge of the original structure, extending 61 meters eastward, 50 meters southward, 100 meters westward, and 36 meters northward.

Dafeng Town: The predecessor of Dafeng Town in Chengmai County (Chengmai Overseas Chinese Farm) was the Dafeng Commune of Chengmai County, established in 1975. To meet the needs of resettling returned and displaced overseas Chinese, the preparatory office of Chengmai Overseas Chinese Farm was set up in December 1978. In December 1979, the Guangdong Provincial Revolutionary Committee approved the establishment of Chengmai Overseas Chinese Farm. In July 1982, the Hainan Administrative Region Office approved the revocation of Dafeng Commune of Chengmai County and its incorporation into Chengmai Overseas Chinese Farm, merging nine brigades and 45 natural villages from Dafeng Commune, Meiting Commune, Bailian Commune, and others into Chengmai Overseas Chinese Farm.
