Yuandian Yiyuandian is located at the 100-kilometer mark of Haiyu East Road in Tuncheng County, Hainan Province. It is a park-style agricultural estate. The estate features pavilions and towers nestled among trees, with a horse racing track, an artificial lake, and an amusement park dotting the landscape.

The most distinctive feature of the estate is the nearly 400 bird nests suspended in the trees. During the bird breeding season, various species of birds gather here, creating a spectacular scene of birdsong. Being here feels like a harmony between heaven and earth, with the idyllic scenery utterly enchanting.
