Changhua Town

Changhua Town is located in the southwestern part of Changjiang Li Autonomous County, on the northern bank of the estuary of the Changhua River. It borders Wulie Town to the east, faces Dongfang City across the Changhua River to the south, overlooks the Beibu Gulf to the west, and neighbors Haiwei Town to the north.

With rich tourism resources and great potential for development, Qizi Bay—hailed by foreign experts as “ten thousand acres of desert falling into Hainan”—attracts numerous domestic and international tourists with its unique natural landscapes such as the “Great Bay Horn,” “Sail Rock,” “Sea Worshiping Stone,” “Qizi Basket,” and “Ten Thousand People’s Beach.” This place is far from the well-trodden scenic spots and offers a tranquil and laid-back small town atmosphere.

It is the only residential and daily supply hub in the Qizi Bay Scenic Area, featuring a fishing harbor with distinctive architecture. Visitors can enjoy affordable and delicious seafood here and take a stroll along the sandy beach just a few minutes’ walk away.
