Jiasang Rafting Scenic Area

The Jiasang Rafting Scenic Area is situated in the hinterland of the Zhongtiao Mountain National Forest Park in Sijiao Town, Xia County, about 60 kilometers from the county seat. Located along the middle reaches of the Qingshui River in the Zhongtiao Mountains, the area features mountain peaks at an elevation of around 1,300 meters. The river has carved deep gorges through the ridges, creating dramatic canyon landforms with steep cliffs scattered along both sides. The scenic area is picturesque, with a forest coverage rate exceeding 90%, making it an ideal destination for leisure, vacation, and physical wellness.

Jiasang Rafting Scenic Area: Distributed in a strip-like formation, the scenic area stands independently and has achieved a certain scale. Currently, it includes a visitor service center, eco-friendly parking lots, parts of the scenic road network, as well as some tourism supporting facilities. It possesses both natural tourist resources and cultural tourism significance.

Rafting Course: The rafting course is 7,000 meters long with a drop of 300 meters.

Yindonggou Scenic Area: Comprises five major attractions: the Hunting Ground, the Zhansheng Locust Tree where Emperor Kangxi punished the mining inspector, the Yindonggou site from the Ming Dynasty's Wanli era, ancient silver-mining ruins from the Ming and Qing dynasties, and the Wenyu Spring Waterfall.

Sijiao Town is located 27 kilometers southeast of Xia County in the hinterland of the Zhongtiao Mountains, named after being at the confluence of four rivers: Fahe, Nanhe, Wangjiahe, and Zhailihe. The town covers a total area of 416 square kilometers, comprising 17 administrative villages, 108 villager groups, 122 natural villages, and a population of 10,500.
