The scenic area is situated in the hinterland of Zhongtiao Mountain in Sijiao Town, with a forest coverage rate exceeding 65%. It is characterized by verdant mountains, clear waters, dense forests, and fresh air, and is hailed as a "natural oxygen bar" and "forest park." The area is home to majestic peaks and a tranquil environment. In spring, the scent of mountain blossoms fills the air; in summer, cool breezes bring relief; in autumn, vibrant red leaves are on full display; and in winter, resilient pines and cypresses stand proudly against the snow. The region boasts a diverse array of local specialty resources, and during the peak of summer, the average temperature is 9 to 12 degrees lower than that of Yuncheng, making it an ideal destination for eco-tourism and a perfect summer retreat.

The river channel of the Tanghui River features small drops and a long course, with relatively gentle drifting routes, making it well-suited for the development of leisure-oriented drifting experiences. The scenic area focuses primarily on the drifting project and integrates the resources of the Magical Cave tourist attraction, having been developed into a comprehensive tourism destination that combines leisure, vacation, and services.

Drifting Course: The Tanghui Drifting route spans a total of 10 kilometers. With consideration given to the senior and middle-aged drifting market, the longer drifting course, along with a variety of water activities, continuously enhances the excitement for visitors throughout their drifting experience.

Magical Cave Scenic Area: Located in Pengjiawan Village, the Magical Cave is just a few kilometers away from the Tanghui Drifting Scenic Area. It offers an exhilarating 238-meter-long rapid drifting experience, making it a compact yet exciting attraction.

Sijiao Town is located 27 kilometers southeast of Xia County in the heart of the Zhongtiao Mountain range. It earned its name “Sijiao” (meaning the convergence of four rivers) due to its location at the meeting point of the Fa River, Nan River, Wangjia River, and Zhaili River. The town covers a total area of 416 square kilometers, comprising 17 administrative villages, 108 villager groups, 122 natural villages, and a population of 10,500.
