Haitang Bridge

Haitang Bridge is a cultural heritage site protected by Heng County.

Haitang Bridge is located on the banks of the Yu River in Haitang Park, on the western outskirts of Hengzhou Town, Heng County. It was built in the seventh year of the Qianlong reign during the Qing Dynasty (1742) and is classified as an ancient structure.

In 2008, Haitang Bridge was designated as a cultural heritage site protected by Heng County.

Hengzhou Town: Hengzhou is located in the southeastern part of Guangxi and serves as the seat of the Heng County People's Government. By the end of 2003, it had a total population of over 150,000 and covered an area of 175 square kilometers. The town administers six community residential committees: Chengsi, Chengdong, Hongde, Chajiang, Liuming, and Chengbei; and 21 village committees: Jiangnan, Mengtong, Taiping, Dongguo, Longchi, Songcun, Xinqiao, Mengcun, Changjiang, Longshou, Caocun, Qingjiang, Beicun, Shicun, Xiewei, Xueming, Zhoutang, Changzhai, Dahe, Changqi, and Shangqi.
