Tiansheng Grand House is located in Shangcun, Bantang Village Committee, Nanyang Town, Heng County. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is classified as an ancient architectural structure.

In 2012, Tiansheng Grand House was designated as a cultural heritage site under the protection of Heng County.

Bantang Village: The Bantang Village Party Branch currently has 64 members, including 7 female members, accounting for 11%. The branch leadership is well-established, consisting of 5 committee members. The current office space covers an area of 80 square meters and is equipped with a range of hardware facilities, including propaganda boards, televisions, computers, tables, and chairs.
