The ruins of the Kuixing Tower are located on Denggao Ridge along Gongyuan Road in Hengzhou Town, Heng County, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

In 2012, the ruins of the Kuixing Tower were designated as a cultural heritage site protected by Heng County.
