Located on the Chinese side of Boundary Marker No. 15 at the China-Vietnam border in the southwestern part of Pingxiang City. Accessible via the Nanfang Expressway. Merchants from Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries, as well as from 28 provinces (regions and municipalities) across China, engage in foreign trade activities here. Domestic products such as home appliances, hardware, and daily necessities are continuously exported to Vietnam or transshipped to various Southeast Asian countries. Throughout the year, high-quality fresh fruits such as longan, pitaya, and rambutan from Vietnam and Thailand are supplied to various parts of China.

The border trade zone attracts a large number of domestic and international tourists with its wide variety of Vietnamese and Southeast Asian tourist goods, including rosewood furniture, rosewood handicrafts, ox horn combs, perfumes, and pineapple preserves, as well as its exotic atmosphere. Since 1997, the annual China-Vietnam Commodity Fair has drawn numerous merchants from both countries seeking business opportunities.
