The rocky mountain is steep and purple-brown in color, covered with dense, lush green trees. A poem is carved into the rock face halfway up the mountain, forming a natural "singing stage." Legend has it that in ancient times, there was a woodcutter who was good at singing folk songs. He came here every day to chop wood and sing, and over time, people gathered at this stage to sing, forming a singing fair. Because the mountain wall is purple in color, it came to be known as "Purple Wall Woodcutter’s Song." Historical records also mention the phrases "Purple Wall Woodcutter’s Song under Misty Rain" and "Purple Wall Woodcutter’s Singing under Misty Rain." In reality, it is the water from a spring that falls and splashes against the rocks, creating a mist like rainfall. Now the spring has dried up, and this sight only appears during the rainy season.
