Jingxi Longtan National Wetland Park is a national-level wetland park.

The Longtan Wetland Park in Jingxi City features fresh air and a tranquil, scenic atmosphere. It provides distinctive water activities—such as rowing paddle boats, fishing, swimming, water walking, and riding tidal waves—that are unmatched by other tourist spots. This has attracted many visitors looking to relax, unwind, and escape the summer heat.

Situated on both sides of the Longtan River, northeast of Jingxi City and south of the Dalongtan Reservoir, the park spans a total planned area of 200,000 square meters with a total investment of 41 million yuan. Guided by the principle of prioritizing nature and environmental protection, the park is developed without damaging wetland resources. It integrates various auxiliary facilities with the conservation of species and their habitats, as well as ecological tourism, environmental education, and eco-friendly functions—creating a unique, ecologically intact, and fully functional landscape wetland.

The park is divided into three functional zones: the Folk Culture Exhibition Area on the west side, which includes a small plaza, leisure walkways, the Golden Spring, and a leisure tea house, highlighting Jingxi’s ethnic characteristics through distinctive architectural styles; the Ecological Wetland Sightseeing Area on the east side, which uses layered plantings to craft a naturally beautiful ecological garden, connected by landscaped paths to foster a tranquil resting atmosphere; and the Leisure Activity & Vacation Area on the south side, harmoniously designed to complement a four-star international hotel and featuring various outdoor venues for sightseeing, leisure, and entertainment. The entire park incorporates water feature designs that take advantage of natural water sources to create aquatic landscapes, enhanced by lighting to produce a natural ecological ambiance.
