Listed: December 12, 1989

Located on the southern slope of Nanshan from Xiangtang Village in Geshan Town to the southern slope of Nanshan in Xialou Village. The site covers an area of approximately 60,000 square meters. Surface-collected artifacts from the mid-to-late Tang Dynasty are mainly dishes with jade-ring feet, stacked and fired with spacer beads. Artifacts from the Northern Song Dynasty include bowls, jars, saucers, and ewers. The bowls were fully glazed, with bluish-green glaze. Kiln furniture includes saggars and spacer rings.

Geshan Town: Geshan Town is located northeast of Wuning Subdistrict, about 22 kilometers from the city center. It borders Zuocun Town to the east, Dongyangjiang Town to the south, Chengdong Subdistrict to the west, and Weishan Town to the north. The Dong-Sheng Highway passes through the town, offering convenient transportation and advanced communication facilities. It was one of the first towns in Dongyang City to be equipped with telephone services. The Dongyang River and the northern trunk canal of the Hengjin Reservoir run through the area, providing abundant water resources. Geshan Town was among the first group of “moderately prosperous” towns in the province in 1996.
