Located in Baitan Village No.1, Weishan Town. Constructed during the Jiaqing to Daoguang reigns of the Qing Dynasty. The building faces east and has five sections from front to back, divided into two groups separated by an alleyway. The front group consists of three sections with two courtyards, featuring a three-bay gatehouse, a three-bay front hall, a three-bay rear hall, each side wing having thirteen bays, with corridors connecting all rooms, and enclosed by a fully walled perimeter. The rear group has a spacious open courtyard inside the wall gate, a three-bay front hall, a three-bay rear hall, each side wing having twelve bays, enclosed by walls. The interior extensively features Dongyang wood carvings, along with brick carvings, clay sculptures, painted decorations, calligraphy, and other artistic techniques.
