Yizheng Museum is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Yizheng Museum was officially opened to the public in January 2006 as a local comprehensive museum. Located on the picturesque northern shore of Yangzi Park and adjacent to the city library, the museum's exterior design is inspired by the form of a "ding." It has three main floors, covers an area of 5.5 mu, and has a built-up area of 5,520 square meters. The integration of natural and cultural landscapes makes it a beautiful landmark in Yizheng.

The museum houses a collection of over 5,000 cultural relics and specimens dating from the Shang and Zhou dynasties onward, comprehensively reflecting the cultural landscape of the region across various historical periods. With a rich variety of artifacts and distinctive local characteristics, the collection particularly emphasizes relics from the Han Dynasty, showcasing Yizheng’s unique Han cultural heritage. The exhibition halls cover an area of 2,000 square meters, with main displays including the “Pearl by the Yangtze — The History of Yizheng Exhibition,” the “Majestic — Essence of Han Dynasty Relics Exhibition,” and a rain flower stone exhibition. These feature more than 400 cultural relics and nearly 200 rain flower stones. The painting and calligraphy gallery hosts temporary exhibitions of various artworks. A leisure tea bar provides visitors with a relaxing space to rest and enjoy tea after their museum visit.

As a non-profit public institution, Yizheng Museum is open to the public free of charge year-round and actively engages in activities such as cultural relic preservation, acquisition, collection, exhibition, and research.
