Kangda Grape Manor is the first-phase project of Yangzhou Kangda Zhaolinwan Ecological Farm Co., Ltd., jointly invested in by Jiangsu Kangda Nonwoven Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Zhonglu Huatai Tourism Industry Co., Ltd. The project has a total investment of 100 million yuan, with a registered capital of 20 million yuan, covering an area of approximately 500 acres. It is situated between Jinxiu Avenue and Zhaolin Road within the Zhaolinwan Ecological Park, south of the Zhaolin Fishing Village Street. The project features the theme of “Green Vineyard, Leisure Farmstead,” and mainly includes 200 acres of premium grape varieties, 100 acres of pergola pears, and greenhouse-grown high-quality fruits and melons. Supporting facilities include a green product sales center in Hui-style architecture, a grape landscape corridor, a 70-acre high-end fishing area, a leisure club, and a rural amusement park. The manor offers an integrated agro-ecotourism experience encompassing fruit picking, fishing, gourmet dining, and leisure.
