Fengxian District Martyrs' Cemetery serves as a patriotic education base.

Fengxian District Martyrs' Cemetery is conveniently accessible by both land and water, bordered by Nannan Highway to the south, Yanpu Highway to the east, and Jinhui Port to the west. It enjoys a serene geographical setting and pleasant surrounding scenery. Established in March 1990 and renovated in October 1999, it is a district-level key cultural relics protection unit and a youth education base.

The cemetery spans a total area of 5,200 square meters and is divided into four sections: the memorial and worship area, the revolutionary martyrs' historical materials exhibition area, the greenery area, and the living and office area. Within the memorial and worship area stands a 15.6-meter-high Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument covering an area of 215 square meters. The martyrs' tomb area is the resting place of ten soldiers from the former 90th Division of the Chinese People's Liberation Army who sacrificed their lives for liberation, as well as 26 other martyrs such as Zhu Gang and Tang Yonglin who died during different revolutionary periods. Behind the tomb area is a protective wall for the monument, and a 424-square-meter memorial activity square has been established in front of and behind the monument. The Revolutionary Martyrs' Historical Materials Exhibition Room, also known as the "Fengxian District Revolutionary Martyrs' Historical Materials Exhibition Room," displays a brief history of the revolution in Fengxian, the names of 398 martyrs who died during various revolutionary periods, as well as precious photographs and personal belongings of some of the martyrs. These names, photos, and artifacts vividly showcase the martyrs' noble ideals and heroic deeds. The entire cemetery integrates martyr commemoration, historical exhibitions, and landscaping, and has become one of the important bases for patriotic and internationalist education for the residents of the entire district. In 2004, it was designated as the "Fengxian District Patriotic Education Base" by the Fengxian District Committee and District People's Government.
