Heilongjiang Provincial Measurement Museum

The Heilongjiang Provincial Measurement Museum is a non-profit museum officially approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Culture, covering an area of more than 2,100 square meters. Since its establishment preparation began on November 17, 2011, it has received strong support from all sectors of society. The museum currently houses over 2,000 exhibits and collections, spanning a historical period from the pre-Qin era to the present, and includes a geographical scope covering countries around the world. It features four exhibition halls—Ancient Measurement, Republican Era Measurement, Modern Measurement, and International Measurement—as well as an Anti-Measurement Fraud Exhibition Hall. It is the largest and richest measurement museum in China in terms of scale and collection. The completion of the museum will further illustrate the historical trajectory of global measurement heritage and lay a solid foundation for the development of measurement technology in Heilongjiang Province.
