Located in the northeast of Suiling County, 50 kilometers from the county town, it is built around the Nuomin River Reservoir in Sihaidian,

with a total investment of 3 million yuan and a planned area of 1,058 hectares. It is a comprehensive ecological tourist area centered on forests, lakes, rivers, and rural scenery, set against a backdrop of human history, integrating leisure vacations, fitness and entertainment, and scenic sightseeing. After three years of development and construction, it now features attractions and tourism projects such as the Nuomin River Rafting, Jindoutan Ecological Park, Nuomin Lake Water Recreation, and the "Breaking the Wilderness" film city that recreates the life scenes of educated youth in Beidahuang during the 1950s and 1960s. The Jindoutan rafting section spans 8 kilometers, offering a beautiful natural panorama of blue skies, clear waters, yellow sands, green forests, and red flowers. The rafting water comes from the Nuomin River hydropower station, making it the only romantic and leisurely rafting experience in China where the speed can be manually controlled. The endpoint is within the Jindoutan Ecological Park, which includes a pebble square, wilderness rest woods, fishing ponds, a flowing-water swimming pool, a sandy amusement park, Mongolian yurts, a forest bathing area, boating, bamboo rafting, an open-air theater, sand motorcycles, Spanish bullfighting, and more to meet your various needs. Tempting northeastern specialties are available at restaurants such as the Nature Restaurant and the Waterfront Dining Hall. A Nuomin River Resort, 5 kilometers from Jindoutan, has been built to offer integrated dining, accommodation, leisure, and vacation services.
