Daqing Temple

Daqing Temple, with an elevation of 382 meters, is formed from Cretaceous white-grained granite and spans an area of 10 square kilometers. The mountain features continuous peaks, deep valleys, quiet streams, gurgling water, and blooming flowers, offering captivating scenery. During the turbulent years of war, courageous soldiers of the Anti-Japanese United Army left behind many touching stories and created numerous beautiful legends here.

With mountains and waters, the weather is fine; where there are waters and mountains, there’s another world. Sui Ling County also has many rivers. Apart from the North-South River, which belongs to the Nenjiang River Basin, the others are part of the Songhua River Basin’s Hulan River system. The main rivers in the area include the Numin River, Keyin River, and Ni’ergen River. These three rivers flow in a “trident” pattern from the northeastern mountainous region toward the southwest, with the Numin River running through the central part of the county.
