The Nuomin River, also spelled "Nuomin He" or known as the "Nuo'min River", is a second-order tributary of the Songhua River. It is located in the central part of Heilongjiang Province. The river originates from the southern foothills of the Lesser Khingan Mountains, flows through Suileng County and Suihua City, and meets the Keyin River near Sungongtun in Suihua City before joining the Hulan River. It has a total length of 265 kilometers.

The river is 20–50 meters wide and 0.6–1.0 meters deep, with a total drainage area of 5,328 square kilometers. The freezing period lasts from mid-November to early April each year. The upper and middle reaches are mostly forested areas, producing timber such as Korean pine and white birch. The lower reaches are agricultural, known for high rice production. The river is rich in water resources, with several small hydropower stations built along its upper and middle sections.
