The Martyrs' Cemetery in Shengshui Town is located beside the Guhai Line highway in Shengshui Town, Liuhe County, Jilin Province, less than 2 kilometers from the town center. The Martyrs' Cemetery in Shengshui Town is located beside the Guhai Line highway in Shengshui Town, Liuhe County, Jilin Province, less than 2 kilometers from the town center. It covers a construction area of 2,000 square meters and a protected area of 2,000 square meters.

Four gate pillars stand in front of the cemetery, inscribed from left to right with the phrases “Great in life, loyal-hearted for the revolution, fought bravely to build the nation, glorious in death.” An arched steel frame connects the middle two pillars, bearing the large characters “Martyrs' Cemetery.” The site is surrounded by poplar and pine trees. The cemetery houses the remains of over 120 unnamed heroes who sacrificed their lives during the Liberation War in Shengshui Town.
