The Site of the Activities of the Liuhe County CPC Group is located within the campus of Shengli Primary School on Renmin Avenue in Liuhe Town, Liuhe County.

In 1925, Zhen Shaoquan, a member of the CPC, returned to Liuhe from the Whampoa Military Academy, where he promoted Marxism-Leninism and carried out revolutionary activities, laying a solid foundation for the establishment of the CPC organization in Liuhe. After the May 30th Incident in 1925, the entire county held large-scale —— activities. In February 1926, Sun Fusheng, a CPC member, came to Liuhe as an educational inspector and secretly promoted Marxism-Leninism in the education sector while developing the Party organization. He was the founder and leader of the first CPC organization in Liuhe County. By the summer of 1926, the total number of Party members reached five, and thus the first CPC organization in Liuhe—the Liuhe County CPC Group—was established. The members were Ma Xiangkui (Ma Yunqiu), Zhen Shaoquan, Li Bietian, Xu Zuoyou, with Sun Fusheng serving as the group leader, under the leadership of the Fengtian Branch. The secret activity site of the Party group was set up at the home of Party member Ma Xiangkui (convicted of —— in 1959) and a temple outside the east gate of the county town (now Shengli Primary School in Liuhe County). Liuhe became one of the earlier areas in Jilin Province with CPC activities. After the establishment of the Liuhe County CPC Group, it organized and led the masses in holding ——. In September 1927, it organized over 3,000 primary and secondary school students in the county town to shout slogans such as "Abolish the unequal Twenty-One Demands," "Oppose Japanese imperialist aggression against China's territorial sovereignty," and "Boycott Japanese goods," staging a five-day —— campaign. This —— struggle spread across all sectors of the county, tempering the Party organization, educating the masses, and further expanding the Party’s influence among the people. In August 1927, the Fengtian CPC organization sent Party member Zhang Guangqi (also known as Zhang Jingzhen) to work in Liuhe, increasing the number of Party members to six. In September 1927, the Liuhe County CPC Branch was established, with Sun Fusheng as the branch secretary, under the leadership of the CPC Manchuria Provincial Committee.

Liuhe Town: Liuhe Town is located in the northern part of Liuhe County, at 125°43′ east longitude and 42°16′ north latitude. It is surrounded by Chengguan Township on the east, south, and west, and borders Lamen Township to the north. The total area of the town is 28.5 square kilometers.

Liuhe Town administers four administrative villages and five subdistrict offices. The town has a total of 24,859 households and a population of 68,896, including 35,365 males and 33,533 females. The residents include Han, Manchu, and Korean ethnic groups, with ethnic minorities accounting for about 10%.
