Martyr Jin Boyang's Sacrifice Site is a classic red tourism destination and a patriotic education base.

Martyr Jin Boyang's Sacrifice Site is located near Hanlongwan in Jinchuan Village, Jinchuan Town, Huinan County.

Jin Boyang (1907–1933) was from Jinqitun, Lushunkou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province. He was an outstanding member of the Communist Party of China, a renowned leader of the labor movement in Northeast China, and a standing committee member of the Manchuria Provincial Committee of the CPC. On November 15, 1933, he died a heroic death in battle against the puppet army led by Shao Benliang at Hanlongwan (now part of Jinchuan Town, Huinan County), at the young age of 26. In 1935, the Central Committee of the CPC referred to Comrade Jin Boyang as a national hero who sacrificed his life for the cause of resisting Japan and saving the nation in the "August 1st Declaration."

At the end of June 1933, the Manchuria Provincial Committee decided to "immediately dispatch a capable inspector" to Panshi to strengthen leadership. Jin Boyang was assigned to the task. On November 15, 1933, as night fell, the troops were marching near Hanlongwan in Xiaojinchuan Village, Jinchuan County. The main force, led by Yang Jingyu, crossed over the mountain ridge, while Jin Boyang led a section of the Political Security Company to stay on this side of the ridge as the rear guard. Exhausted after the long trek, the soldiers had fallen asleep, but Jin Boyang and several party members were still holding a meeting to discuss work. At that moment, Shao Benliang, commander of the puppet Eastern Manchurian Guerrilla Brigade, suddenly launched a surprise attack. Upon spotting the enemy, Jin Boyang and Platoon Leader Liu of the Political Security Company quickly directed all soldiers to break through the encirclement, while the two of them, along with the quartermaster and two soldiers, held the rear to provide cover. The battle was intense; the quartermaster and one soldier were killed one after another. Seeing his fallen comrades, Jin Boyang, filled with fury, gripped his gun and fiercely fought back at the enemy. Suddenly, a fatal bullet struck him down. Still, he struggled to his feet, took the document bag from his body along with his gun, and handed them to a nearby soldier, saying affectionately, "I can't go on, I won't make it," before slowly closing his eyes. In this way, the 26-year-old Jin Boyang shed his last drop of blood on the land of Huinan, sacrificing his precious life for the liberation of the Chinese nation.

Martyr Jin Boyang's Sacrifice Site is a county-level cultural relics protection unit and serves as a base for party history and patriotic education.
