Yuyangdian Reed Sea Scenic Area is located within the territory of Tongfa Pasture. By comparison, Yuyangdian surpasses the long-renowned "Baiyangdian" in terms of water surface area, reed coverage and yield, as well as the visual appeal of its natural landscape and the sense of its pristine charm. The scenic area includes the Yuyangdian Mongolian New Village. To the south of the new village lies an endless expanse of flat, open grassland; to the west are shimmering lakes; to the north are vast expanses of reed marshes, a paradise for fish, frogs, wild ducks, and other waterfowl; to the east are wooded mountains and ancient trees, also a haven for pheasants, rabbits, foxes, badgers, and raccoon dogs.
