Sihai Lake is located in Anding Town, Taonan City, 36 kilometers north of the city center, connected to Xianghai Scenic Area to the south and adjacent to Heishui Firing Range to the east. It enjoys convenient transportation and covers a water area of 24,000 mu. The lake is home to various fish species such as black carp, grass carp, catfish, and whitefish. It also has large whitebait, which are purely natural and green. Major tourist activities include: water recreation (such as boat rides, pedal boats, dining and entertainment), swimming in safe zones, lakeside fishing, and Mongolian-style houses (yurts).

　Anding Town is located 22 kilometers southwest of Taonan City. It borders Datong to the north, Cheli to the west, Heishui Town to the east, and Tongyu County across the Han River to the south, covering a total area of 408 square kilometers. The arable land area is 16,000 hectares. The town administers 9 administrative villages, 2 directly managed farms, and 3 stationed farms. It has a population of 5,600 households and 19,700 residents, over 90% of whom are Han Chinese.
