Julongtan Ecological Tourism Resort is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Julongtan Ecological Tourism Resort is located in Baiquan Town, Dongliao County, Jilin Province. The Simei Railway has a stop here, and National Highway 303 runs through the town. It is 12 kilometers from the downtown area of Liaoyuan City. This is a comprehensive tourism resort integrating sightseeing, conferences, leisure, and vacation. In the late 19th century, a dam was built on the Wulong Banjie River, a first-level tributary of the Dongliao River, forming a medium-sized water conservancy hub project with a capacity of 24.14 million cubic meters. The development and construction of the scenic area commenced, and it opened to the public in 2003. The resort covers a total area of 67.9 square kilometers. The areas in front of the reservoir dam and the eastern and western mountain ranges serve as the sightseeing and vacation tourism zone, while the upper reaches of the Wulong Banjie River basin and Qiushu River basin form the ecological tourism resort. Since its establishment, the resort has consistently focused on highlighting "water culture" as its core, with development concepts and functional positioning centered around returning to nature and leisure vacation. Its service functions are largely complete, and some scenic areas are currently undergoing investment solicitation. Based on the principle of gradually opening to the public while attracting investment, various tourism functions are being improved step by step.

Baiquan Town: Baiquan Town is located in the western part of Liaoyuan City, 11 kilometers from downtown Liaoyuan. It borders Jian’an Town to the north, Quanti Town and Pinggang Town to the west, Anshu Town to the south, and the urban area of Liaoyuan to the east. Its geographical coordinates are between longitude 125°50′–125°35′13″ and latitude 43°36′50″–43°13′36″. With the highest elevation at 620 meters, it lies in the transitional zone between the Changbai Mountains and the Songliao Plain.
