Halifax is the capital of Canada’s Nova Scotia province, the largest deep-water natural harbor in the north, with a pleasant climate, making it the second warmest city in Canada. As the largest city on Canada’s Atlantic coast, it was ranked the fourth most livable city in Canada in 2012.
