International Commerce Centre

International Commerce Centre is located at 1 Austin Road West, West Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is the seventh phase of the Union Square development at Kowloon Station and also the final phase of the entire project. The International Commerce Centre is a 118-storey integrated building with usable floors reaching a height of 490 metres and a total floor area of 262,176 square metres.

Designed by architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and developed and constructed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, the International Commerce Centre was completed in 2011. It is the tallest skyscraper in Hong Kong and the fourth tallest building in the world. The entire building features a double-glazed curtain wall to achieve natural lighting and environmental efficiency. Floors 48 and 49 house a sky lobby. There are 30 elevators that can each accommodate 21 people, connecting the ground level with various office floors, along with 14 express elevators to upper levels and 2 VIP elevators. Together with the adjacent Two International Finance Centre across the harbour, it forms the impressive "Victoria Harbour Gateway", creating a unique harbour skyline and becoming a new landmark of Hong Kong.

The International Commerce Centre houses “Sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck” on the 100th floor, which is the highest indoor observation deck in Hong Kong, situated at an altitude of 393 metres with an area of about 30,000 square feet. It offers visitors a 360-degree panoramic view of the world-famous day and night scenes of Hong Kong.
