Previously known as the Kowloon Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is the world's highest six-star hotel. It is located on the top 15 floors of the International Commerce Centre, specifically from the 102nd to the 118th floor, and officially began its trial operation on March 29, 2011.

The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong offers 312 guest rooms, ranging in size from 50 to 365 square meters. All rooms are equipped with comprehensive and stylish amenities, including wireless broadband internet, iPod docking stations, Blu-ray players, and LCD televisions; some rooms offer breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour and the Kowloon Peninsula. Other facilities in the hotel include one of the largest ballrooms in Hong Kong, as well as four large meeting rooms. The spa on the 116th floor features nine luxurious treatment rooms and two double suites; the 118th floor houses a fitness center and an indoor swimming pool adorned with an LED ceiling screen.

The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong houses six dining outlets, including the formerly renowned Tosca Italian restaurant, as well as the newly opened Chinese restaurant “Tin Lung Heen,” the lobby lounge serving Western cuisine, and Pastry Gems. Among them, the most notable is the chocolate-themed restaurant on the 103rd floor, which offers a variety of chocolate-inspired dishes, and the OZONE open-air bar and sushi bar on the top floor.
