Ancient Temple in the Deep Mountains About 40 kilometers north of the Jinsete Summer Resort in Naiyinke Township, Heshuo County, there is a temple built in the 34th year of the Republic of China (1945). The temple hall covers an area of 170 square meters, with the main structure made of wood and earth. The scripture hall has two levels, faces south, and is rectangular in shape. The beams inside the temple feature exquisite carvings, and there are Buddha statues for worship as well as a large collection of scriptures. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and not far from the temple is a unique medicinal spring that is particularly effective for treating eye diseases. On the 7th, 8th, 15th, and 30th of each month, local people visit the temple to burn incense, kowtow, and pray to the Buddha.
