Construction Control Zone: Centered on Community 3 of Tian Tang Village, Luodu Miao Ethnic Township, extending east to Tuan Baozi (Community 1 of Funing Village, Cao Ying Township), south to Da Yan Jiao (the boundary between Communities 4 and 5 of Tian Tang Village), west to Tian Tang Po (the boundary between Tian Tang Village and Xintian Village), and north to the bank of Dengjia River.
