Gaogiao Bridge

Gaogiao Bridge is a cultural relic protection unit of Sichuan Province.

Gaogiao Bridge, built during the Qing Dynasty, is a two-pier, three-span stone flat-beam bridge oriented from northeast to southwest. It is 6.59 meters long, 0.98 meters wide, 2.34 meters high, and the bridge slabs are 0.25 meters thick. Each of the two piers has a round carved dragon head at the top of its northwest end, with the dragons baring their teeth, protruding noses and bulging eyes. The carvings have a unique design and a rugged style. In June 2007, it was designated as part of the Seventh Batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Relics Protection Units by the People's Government of Sichuan Province.
