Zhaonanshan Yin Clan Ancestral Hall

The Zhaonanshan Yin Clan Ancestral Hall is a cultural relic protection unit of Sichuan Province.

The Luzhou County Yin Clan Ancestral Hall, constructed in 1930, faces southeast and is located northwest. It spans 1,440 square meters and is composed of a main hall and side rooms, laid out in a three-sided courtyard style. The main hall has a veranda with corridors whose railings are exquisitely made from bluestone, engraved with patterns of figures and landscapes. The designs on the left and right form a cohesive scene, recreating the appearance of Luzhou City in the 1930s. Six square stone pillars inside the main hall are inscribed with three couplets reflecting the heritage of the Yin Clan. A notable member of the clan, Jifu Yin, was a Grand Tutor of the Zhou Dynasty and had a profound influence.

Protected Area: The boundary is delineated 22 meters northeast to the residence of Du Dequan, 5 meters southeast, 21 meters southwest to the roadside, and 20 meters northwest from the outer edge of the building. Construction Control Zone: Extending 50 meters northeast to the northeast of Du Dequan’s residence, 50 meters southeast, 5 meters southwest, and 50 meters northwest from the protected area boundary.
