Sow Bridge

Sow Bridge is a cultural relic protection unit of Luzhou City.

Sow Bridge, built during the Qing Dynasty, is a five-pier, six-span stone flat-beam bridge oriented from southeast to northwest, spanning the Sow Stream. The bridge is 14.89 meters long and 1 meter wide. Each bridge span is paved with a single whole stone slab. At the southwestern end of the middle two piers, there is a round carved dragon head at the top of each. The dragon heads feature arched snouts, protruding eyes, slightly open mouths, and are rendered in a simple carving style. In March 2006, it was designated as part of the seventh batch of municipal-level cultural relic protection units by the Luzhou Municipal People's Government.
