Introduction: The He Family Tomb in Shuangxi is situated on the hillside of Hejia Mountain, Group 2, Heqiao Village, Shuangxi Township, Shehong County, Suining City, Sichuan Province. It was constructed by the descendants of the He family for their ancestors, He Lianpan and his wife. Oriented to face south with its back to the north, the tomb complex spans an area of about 500 square meters. The rectangular earthen mound is encircled layer upon layer by strip-shaped stones. The mound is 7 meters long, 4 meters wide, and 2.2 meters high. In front of the mound stands a square stele pavilion built in the fourth year of the Tongzhi reign during the Qing Dynasty (1865). It features a imitation Wooden stone structure with a square base, columns entwined by dragons, a double-eaved spire roof, and a gourd-shaped finial. The four corners are adorned with drum-shaped decorations. The pavilion is 2.3 meters wide and 5 meters tall. The pavilion's four sides are embellished with 32 delicately carved reliefs depicting floral patterns, birds and beasts, human figures, theatrical scenes, and dragon-phoenix motifs. A pair of round-sculpted stone lions also remains preserved on either side. The He Family Tomb in Shuangxi is unique in design and richly detailed in carving. It holds significant value for the research of Qing Dynasty tombs, the ‘Huguang Filling Sichuan’ migration history, and the demographic development of Sichuan. It is a newly discovered relic from the Third National Cultural Relics Census.

Protected Area: Extends 10 meters east, west and north, and 15 meters south, centered around the square stele.

Construction Control Zone: Extends 100 meters outward from the boundary of the Protected Area.
