The Memorial Complex of Martyr Yang Xiqin is a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit in Guang'an City.

The Memorial Complex of Martyr Yang Xiqin is located in Group 1 of Shuidongwan Village, Leshan Town, Wusheng County, and dates back to 1948.

On March 21, 2019, it was announced as part of the Fourth Batch of Municipal-Level Cultural Relics Protection Units in Guang'an City.

Protected area: 20 meters beyond the perimeter of the building itself.

Construction control zone: extends 30 meters further from the protected area.

Yang Xiqin (1920–1948), male, joined the Communist Party of China in 1938. He graduated from the Economics Department of Fudan University in 1946. Taking advantage of his position as principal of Shangyong Middle School in Yuechi County, he engaged in underground activities.

Following the decision of the higher Party organization, he organized an armed uprising and established the Seventh Detachment of the Huaying Mountain Uprising Forces, serving as its political commissar.
