The Pagoda Tomb of Monk Shangjue at Puzhao Temple is a cultural relic protection unit of Fushun County.

The Pagoda Tomb of Monk Shangjue at Puzhao Temple is located in Group 3, Xinwu Village, Pengmiao Town. Built in the 13th year of the Guangxu reign during the Qing Dynasty (1887), it covers an area of approximately 3 square meters. This structure is a type of tomb pagoda, constructed from stone, featuring a two-tiered pavilion-style design. The body of the pagoda is square-shaped, with square pillars at each corner, measuring 1.6 meters on each side and standing 3.2 meters tall in total. It has a hip-and-gable roof style, with a lotus and precious bead finial atop the roof. The entire body of the pagoda is enclosed with slab stones. The front of the upper tier is inscribed with “Pagoda of the Venerable Monk Shangjue,” with the side inscription reading “13th Year of Guangxu, Year of Dingsi (1887).” The borders of the pagoda’s layered stone slabs feature carved upward-facing lotus petal patterns. This pagoda is regularly built, with a solemn and dignified shape and an ancient decorative style, possessing certain cultural relic value. It is currently a county-level cultural relic protection unit.
