Qujiang Yuan Residential House

Qujiang Yuan Residential House is located in Group 6 of Yangsi Village. Built in the 4th year of the Republic of China (1915), it covers a land area of 870 square meters and a construction area of 599 square meters. The overall structure follows a traditional courtyard layout, constructed with brick and wood, featuring a flush-gable roof. It includes an entrance hall, left and right wing rooms, a main hall, and a courtyard. The wing rooms have corridors, and the wooden panel walls are decorated with lattice windows and doors; the front of the main hall features a rolled shed-style corridor, with the corridor pillars carved with figures and stories, and the lintels engraved with patterns of flowers, plants, insects, and fish. The entire building has a well-organized layout and exquisite carving craftsmanship, making it of high reference value for the study of residential architecture in the early Republic of China.

Wanshou Town: In 2019, Wanshou Town was abolished, and its former administrative areas — Hongyuan Village, Guilin Village, Tashui Village, Laopo Village, Yangsi Village, Lianhua Village, and the Wanshouchang Community — were placed under the jurisdiction of Zhaohua Town. The People's Government of Zhaohua Town is located at No. 69, Pu'an Road.
