The Xiao Family Residence in Lingzhi Bay is a cultural relic protection unit of Zigong City.

Xiao Family Residence in Lingzhi Bay is located in Tongsi Town and was built by the eldest son of Xiao Yongsheng, a wealthy merchant from southwestern Sichuan during the Daoguang era of the Qing Dynasty. Currently, only one courtyard complex remains. The original structure was grand in scale, covering an area of over 600 square meters, and consisted of front and rear courtyards. It featured a flush-gable roof and a post-and-lintel construction style. The overall layout of the building was practical and rigorous, representing a typical residence from the Qing Dynasty. It holds significant historical and cultural value and has been listed as a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit.

Tongsi Town: Located in the eastern part of Fushun County, Tongsi Town is a provincial-level pilot town for small-town construction and one of the county’s “Five Key Towns.” The town covers a total area of 53.09 square kilometers.

The Chengdu-Zigong-Luzhou-Chishui Expressway runs through the town for 11 kilometers and includes an exit at Dongchan Village. The Dongchan Village exit is 2.5 kilometers from the town center. Three blacktopped roads within the town—Tongta Road, Fudai Road, and Matong Road—are set to be completed this year. The town is also upgrading 2.2 kilometers of roadways to blacktop and constructing 15 kilometers of looped village roads.
